We love your products very much, but unfortunately your staff is not interested enough to give the necessary information on your products. the last time we were there it was 8:30 pm it was Saturday I made a small remark to the girl when we were at the checkout and paying for your products I paid attention and said that we had not received advice on certain products to which she replied that it might be too late Everything is about to close so they couldn’t help us. I hope next time you’ll be much better. It’s a pity that I can’t rate your products, I would give Five stars!!! Two stars I gave it just for your employees who did not help us

Staff was friendly and helpful. Guided me on what I wanted. I always love The Ordinary products because they are very affordable and have a good price point. I love all their serums. I purchased the coverage foundation and the staff helped me find my match.

Extremely affordable and good quality products! #LetsGuide After a year, the products are the same quality but customer service has changed. I walked in the store and said “hi” to a couple of the staff standing around and I didn’t get any response. It used to be a place where you could have a good conversation with the staff but not today (Saturday, January 4 @12:45).

I came today to the square one location, It was great experience as always , the place is nice and clean , staff are always helpful , my second time getting advices from Carlina ( I hope I spelled the name right ) she is amazing ! very knowledgeable and not pushy , thanks again Carlina 😊 Love coming to the Ordinary , keep up the good work ⭐️

Really interesting cosmetic store! The decor and layout is minimal and aesthetically pleasing. The products are really interesting and high quality. Employees are kind and super helpful. You can find something for anyone here. We purchased the ordinary face wash and it's been working well for us. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to improve their skincare routine and or looking for quality cosmetics.

Went in today with 0 intentions of making a purchase. I was immediately greeted and attended to by this sweet employee - sadly I don’t remember her name. I explained my skin problems and she herself could relate and was able to give me accurate advice. I left the store with 4 new products. Super affordable and the customer service was amazing. 100% would go back to this location!
